The iconic palace hotel of Cannes on La Croisette at golden dusk

Cannes · Hôtel Martinez

Wellness, the Riviera way.

Glamorous escapes in the most iconic palace of the Croisette — where a morning on the sand becomes an evening at the best table in Cannes.

The idea

Six days on the Croisette, entirely yours.

We call them escapes, because retreat says silence and ours says choice. A green-juice, meditation and early-night week? Perfect. A sunset-aperitif, Riviera-dinner and dance-under-the-stars week? Equally perfect. Mornings are devoted to the body and the breath — barefoot on the Martinez beach, or lying still in meditation. Days belong to the Riviera: royal breakfasts, brunch at the legendary Palm Beach pool, sport in the hills, an afternoon at sea. Evenings belong to Cannes, and Cannes knows exactly how to be beautiful.

A day, told properly

From the first light to the last glass.

Sunrise on the Martinez beach

The sand

Sunrise on the Martinez beach

The Croisette is just waking. On the Martinez's private beach, the day begins with pilates and yoga facing the sea — or, for those who prefer stillness, a guided meditation or hypnotherapy session to restore balance and quiet.

A royal breakfast at the Martinez

The palace

A royal breakfast at the Martinez

Back at the palace, a breakfast worthy of the address: pastries, fresh fruit, freshly pressed juices and coffee served beneath the palms, with the bay of Cannes as the only horizon.

Brunch on the beach, or at the legendary Palm Beach pool

The water

Brunch on the beach, or at the legendary Palm Beach pool

Midday is spent reclining. A beach club table with feet in the sand, or a sun-drenched brunch at the legendary Palm Beach pool — one of those places where the Riviera has sunbathed with elegance for decades.

Sport in the hills, and one afternoon at sea

The afternoons

Sport in the hills, and one afternoon at sea

Coastal hikes above the Estérel, padel matches, a first golf lesson, or horse riding through the pines. And once each escape, we take to the water for a full afternoon anchored in the turquoise of the Lérins islands.

Spa, heated pool, or the boutiques of the Croisette

The pause

Spa, heated pool, or the boutiques of the Croisette

Free time, deliberately unscripted. A treatment at the Martinez spa, a few laps in the heated pool, or a stroll along the Croisette between boutiques and the blue of the bay.

Aperitif and dinner where Cannes shows itself

The night

Aperitif and dinner where Cannes shows itself

Evenings are for glamour. A golden-hour drink on a rooftop, then dinner at the most sought-after addresses on the Croisette — ANNA, Zuma, La Petite Maison, Il Grande, La Môme Plage, La Guérite, Nammos, Luigi — the tables where the Riviera is at its most beautiful and the evening is allowed to unfold.

A week, sketched

What six days can look like.

Nothing is fixed: this is simply one possible rhythm. You can make it greener, sportier, more social or more intimate — the week adapts to you.

Day 1 — Arrival

Settle into the Martinez, then walk to ANNA for a sunset aperitif and the first dinner of the escape.

Day 2 — The hills

Beach yoga at sunrise, royal breakfast, then a coastal hike in the Esterel. Lunch at La Guérite or a beach club, spa time, and dinner at La Petite Maison.

Day 3 — The court & the pool

Pilates on the sand, a padel match or a first golf lesson, then a long brunch at the Palm Beach pool. Free afternoon, dinner at Zuma.

Day 4 — The islands

Guided meditation, then cast off for a full afternoon by boat around the Lérins islands. Evening at Il Grande or Nammos.

Day 5 — Monaco

Morning yoga, horse riding in the hills or a gym session, lunch at La Môme Plage. In the afternoon, drive to Monaco for the evening — drinks and dinner at Luigi or a rooftop above the port.

Day 6 — The farewell

Spa morning, a final royal breakfast, then a long lunch at Keller or under the palms of the Palm Beach. Evening left free for whatever the mood suggests.

The afternoons

Sport, the Riviera way.

Nothing compulsory, everything tempting. Choose your afternoons as they come — and once during the escape, we cast off for a full afternoon at sea.

Padel under the pines

Padel under the pines

Doubles on a glass court above the bay, laughter guaranteed, level irrelevant.

A first golf lesson

A first golf lesson

A pro, a green facing the sea, and the quiet satisfaction of a clean first swing.

Coastal hiking

Coastal hiking

The red rock trails of the Esterel, turquoise water below and pine air all the way up.

Horse riding in the hills

Horse riding in the hills

A slow ride through the umbrella pines above Cannes, the bay appearing between the trunks.

The place

Look at where you are about to wake up.
